Your reliable partner for the production of milled and turned parts made of stainless steel and aluminum

Jung & Co. has been setting demanding standards in stainless steel processing and special alloys - whether titanium, aluminum or brass - since 1972. Components or even complete assemblies are manufactured using highly efficient production strategies.

What started out as a small business - Hans Jung began as a sole trader with a small lathe - has developed into a renowned company and system supplier with sales in the double-digit million range.

Today, many people talk about the Jung Group, as the 1990s saw the founding of FAS Füllanlagenservice GmbH, which has been one of the best-known and most efficient suppliers of spare parts and components for bottle and can fillers, bottle washers and beverage blending systems in the international beverage industry for many years. In 2009, Jung Process Systems GmbH was added to the group. As a specialist for stainless steel screw pumps, Jung Process Systems supplies HYGHSPIN brand pumps for the international market.

With the commissioning of a new assembly hall in 2016, Jung & Co. now has a production area of more than 3,200 square meters and employs over 90 people.

We have listed a chronicle with the key development steps of Jung & Co. under the menu item Tradition & Future. Here you will also find information about a new milestone in Jung & Co.'s history of innovation: additive manufacturing in metal.

Our services

CNC turning

Individual parts and series from Ø 10 to 350 mm. Components up to Ø 310 mm (supported with steady rest) and a length of 1500 mm can be reliably turned.

CNC milling

Components up to 1400 x 550 x 500 mm. CNC production on rotary table with 1/1000° pitch. Horizontal, vertical and 5-axis machining (1000 mm x 1000 mm).

3D printing

Additive manufacturing / laser sintering. Power: 2x400 watts, processing area: 250x250x280mm (x, y, z). Supplementary CNC processing of printed components.

CNC deep hole drilling

Drill holes with a diameter of 5 to 30 mm at a maximum machining depth of 1,000 mm. Double-spindle machining possible.

Stainless steel welding

We produce the most demanding welded constructions at three fully equipped welding workstations. We use TIG and MAG welding.

Surface finishes

Targeted surface finishing with regard to corrosion, hardening and appearance as well as finishing of a wide range of stainless steel and aluminum alloys.

Component assembly

Many years of know-how and expertise in component assembly. Fulfillment of the highest demands, e.g. hygiene requirements of the food industry.

Quality assurance

An individual quality assurance strategy is defined for each phase of the production process in turning, milling, deep-hole drilling and component assembly. Component measurement up to a size of 900x1000x870 mm.
