We offer our customers complete machining and production of components and assemblies. Thanks to our wide range of machinery, we can offer a variety of different machining processes.

Turning, milling, additive manufacturing or 3D measurement technology:

CNC turning

 

  • Individual parts and series from Ø 10 to 350 mm

  • Components with a diameter of up to 310 mm (supported with steady rest) and a length of 1500 mm can be reliably turned.

  • C and Y axes are used so that complex machining of turned parts is possible.

CNC milling

  • Vertical machining centers with rotary tables can hold and machine components up to 1400x550x500 mm.

  • Components measuring 1000x1000 mm can be produced on horizontal milling centers.

  • 5-axis milling is also possible in the dimensions 1000x1000 mm.

  • Processing of the workpieces is carried out in-house, there is no subcontracting!

  • Processing in accordance with appliance pressure directive 97/23/EC - AD 2000

  • Trained and certified employees for TIG welding

  • Fulfillment of the high requirements of the pump industry and plant construction

  • Targeted surface finishing with regard to corrosion, hardening and appearance

  • Finishing of a wide range of stainless steel and aluminum alloys

  • Certification and documentation in accordance with EN 10204
