CNC turning processes:

 

We manufacture precision parts for you on CNC lathes of the latest standard using driven tools and supported by C and Y axes and steady rests. The realization of a high surface quality and the highest demands on shape and position tolerances are part of our daily tasks. Our internal programming shortens the non-productive times of the CNC lathes to a minimum and thus guarantees a high level of efficiency.

Individual parts or series?

Both are better!

One-off production offers maximum flexibility and is ideal for prototypes or customized solutions. Series production scores with efficiency and cost advantages for larger quantities. At Jung & Co. we master both approaches and guarantee precision, quality and reliability thanks to CNC technology.

Our services

CNC turning

Individual parts and series from Ø 10 to 350 mm. Components up to Ø 310 mm (supported with steady rest) and a length of 1500 mm can be reliably turned.

CNC milling

Components up to 1400 x 550 x 500 mm. CNC production on rotary table with 1/1000° pitch. Horizontal, vertical and 5-axis machining (1000 mm x 1000 mm).

3D printing

Additive manufacturing / laser sintering. Power: 2x400 watts, processing area: 250x250x280mm (x, y, z). Supplementary CNC processing of printed components.

CNC deep hole drilling

Drill holes with a diameter of 5 to 30 mm at a maximum machining depth of 1,000 mm. Double-spindle machining possible.

Stainless steel welding

We produce the most demanding welded constructions at three fully equipped welding workstations. We use TIG and MAG welding.

Surface finishes

Targeted surface finishing with regard to corrosion, hardening and appearance as well as finishing of a wide range of stainless steel and aluminum alloys.

Component assembly

Many years of know-how and expertise in component assembly. Fulfillment of the highest demands, e.g. hygiene requirements of the food industry.

Quality assurance

An individual quality assurance strategy is defined for each phase of the production process in turning, milling, deep-hole drilling and component assembly. Component measurement up to a size of 900x1000x870 mm.
