Needs-based strategies for quality management at every stage of the production process
Jung & Co. defines an individual quality management strategy for each phase of the production process in turning, milling, deep-hole drilling and component assembly. We adapt this to the requirements of different components as needed.
Our authorized restampers ensure the complete batch purity of the materials for components requiring monitoring through strict controls during the entire production process.
Machines and test equipment
Jung & Co. has an extensive range of measuring technology and testing equipment, so that the production department is able to manufacture and test special components, e.g. with special threads, within a very short time. Surface roughness measurements can be carried out on both concave and convex contours.
With every testing process and the accompanying quality assurance measures, we pursue the goal of efficient production of precise components whose final quality is in the middle of the tolerance range.

3D coordinate measurement for the highest quality
We use our 3D coordinate measuring machines to measure complex components and free-form surfaces. Here, volume models provided for CNC programming can also be used as the basis for the measuring program. At Jung & Co., a 3D measuring machine has also been installed in production so that measurements can be taken during production at any time. Components up to a size of 900 x 1000 x 870 mm can be measured.
