Whether corrosion protection, surface hardening against wear or decorative finishing: Jung & Co. offers you all common types of surface treatment for finishing your components. These include all anodizing and hardening processes as well as hard coatings including grinding and lapping. On request, these processes can be certified and documented in accordance with EN 10204. In special cases, we work together with reliable partner companies as required.

Loops
Precision and surface quality. Our sanding techniques guarantee maximum accuracy and smooth surfaces. Whether for functionality or appearance, we process your components precisely according to your requirements.

Lapping
Fine machining process for your surface finishing. Extremely smooth and precise surfaces with high dimensional and shape accuracy for your components to optimize surface quality.

Hardening
Maximum resistance for your components. We use targeted heat treatment processes to increase the hardness and wear resistance of your components. Whether through hardening, tempering or quenching and tempering - we ensure optimum performance under high loads.

Anodizing
Protection and aesthetics for aluminum. Anodizing gives aluminium a tough, corrosion-resistant surface. The electrochemical process increases durability and at the same time offers the option of decorative finishes in various colors.

Flow loops
Perfection in complex geometries With flow grinding, we achieve precise surface finishing in areas that are difficult to access. The abrasive process is ideal for complicated internal contours and the most demanding requirements.

Coating
Effective corrosion protection Our coating processes offer reliable protection against corrosion and environmental influences. Whether powder coating, wet painting or special protective coatings - we optimize your surfaces for maximum durability.

CNC turning
Individual parts and series from Ø 10 to 350 mm. Components up to Ø 310 mm (supported with steady rest) and a length of 1500 mm can be reliably turned.

CNC milling
Components up to 1400 x 550 x 500 mm. CNC production on rotary table with 1/1000° pitch. Horizontal, vertical and 5-axis machining (1000 mm x 1000 mm).

3D printing
Additive manufacturing / laser sintering. Power: 2x400 watts, processing area: 250x250x280mm (x, y, z). Supplementary CNC processing of printed components.

CNC deep hole drilling
Drill holes with a diameter of 5 to 30 mm at a maximum machining depth of 1,000 mm. Double-spindle machining possible.

Stainless steel welding
We produce the most demanding welded constructions at three fully equipped welding workstations. We use TIG and MAG welding.

Surface finishes
Targeted surface finishing with regard to corrosion, hardening and appearance as well as finishing of a wide range of stainless steel and aluminum alloys.

Component assembly
Many years of know-how and expertise in component assembly. Fulfillment of the highest demands, e.g. hygiene requirements of the food industry.

Quality assurance
An individual quality assurance strategy is defined for each phase of the production process in turning, milling, deep-hole drilling and component assembly. Component measurement up to a size of 900x1000x870 mm.
